OPERATIONS MANAGER
About The Client
The client operates through two closely aligned entities:
•The acquisition arm of the business,
specialising in securing long-term lease contracts from landlords and
developers.
• The Property and Facilities Management arm, responsible for compliance, safety, licensing, maintenance, and the ongoing management of acquired properties and facilities.
The Operations Manager role sits at the operational crossroads of both entities.
While your employment contract will be with the client, the remit of the
role spans the full lifecycle of property acquisition through to long-term facilities
management.
This position is central to the 2026 strategic mission:
• To expand Facilities Management services to local authorities
• To strengthen and retain relationships with landlords and developers
• To grow the Property and Facilities Management portfolio during the
2026/2027 financial year
The Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that the operational activities
run smoothly, compliantly, and profitably. You will provide hands-on operational
leadership across property management, facilities management, acquisitions
support, and client relationships
